Your happiness is our priority! Whatever the issue may be, we will do our best to resolve it. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For returns that were not a result of our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly! This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When will my payment be processed?

The payment will be processed immediately upon the completion of your order. However, it may take up to 24 hours for the transaction to appear within your bank/credit card account.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 2:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, will ship out same day (excluding days that we are closed such as weekends, holidays, etc.). *Despite our best efforts we are sometimes unable to fulfill same day shipping (Mother Nature, alien abductions, gremlins, etc.).
